2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

  • Payments made via Credit/Debit Card include a 2.5% bank processing fee.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery charges are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer.

  • We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must check items at the time of delivery. Once received, the company is not responsible for damages.

  • No exchange or return without the original invoice.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

  • Used, damaged, or scratched items will not be accepted.

  • A 10% deduction applies to items returned after 30 days.

5. Warranty & After-Sales

  • No warranty is provided for water pumps.

  • China items come with a Check Warranty only.

  • After-sale service and maintenance are provided by respective manufacturers.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • BathHub.pk is not responsible for damages or losses caused by misuse of products.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party services (delivery, payment gateways, etc.).

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We are committed to keeping your data safe and secure.

8. Changes to Terms
